Extract Email addresses from your Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, Office 365, iCloud or any email account

Getting Started - applies to "Email Extractor Free, Lite, Pro (for Gmail)

1. Tap the "Sign-in to Google" button

2. If you have only one Google account added in your device, you will be taken to "Permission" screen.

3. If you have more than one Google account, you will see a pop-up to select the Gmail account. Select the account from which you want to extract the email addresses

4. On the "Permission" screen tap the "Allow Access" button. By doing this you are only allowing the App to access your email from your device. No information is transmitted to any other service except Google.

5. You will be taken back to the Apps home screen. Tap the "Sign-in to Google" button again to select your mail folder.

6. If you have problem getting the folder list, Exit the app, open again, tap Sign-in to Google again.

Using IMAP Email Extractor apps for Gmail

You might need to enter your Gmail username/password and also enable the "Access for less secure apps" option in your Google Accounts settings.

It is recommended to use our "Email Extractor" apps which are exclusively for use with Gmail without entering your Gmail password in the app. You need to just add your Gmail account in your device which can be used by app.
