IMAP Email Extractor extracts sender Name and email addresses from your Gmail™, Yahoo and any IMAP Email accounts. You need to enter your login credentials directly in the app. Quick access menu is provided for Gmail, Yahoo. For other email accounts, you need to enter your IMAP Server address. If you do not wish to enter your login credentials for Gmail, you can use the other app Email Extractor for Gmail.

Following features/options are available:

• • Extracts both Name and Email address in "From, To,CC" header of the email messages as well as in Message Body.

Message Range:


• • Option to choose a message range - say From 100 To 500th emails to extract.

Filter between dates:


• • Optionally choose a date range to extract.

Select mail Folder:


• • Choose any mail folder/label from your mail account.

• • Choose any single or multiple mail folder/label from your mail account.
    

Other:

• • Works with any Gmail, Google Apps, Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook.com
    
• • Supports both SSL/non-SSL IMAP mailservers.
    
• • Share/Upload extracted files - send to email, upload to cloud.
    
• • Saves the extracted email addresses as a .CSV file in your /sdcard/Downloads folder.

Usage:


• • Yahoo, Outlook.com, Gmail™ IMAP settings are pre-configured, just select the appropriate button to continue Or choose "Other Email Accounts" and enter your mailbox username/password and IMAP server address.
  
  
  • Tap the "View Extracted files" button to view/open the extracted files folder. Select a single file to open in any text editor or select multiple files and tap the Share icon to send by email or upload to the cloud.
